A Bris in the Time of Corona
What has Changed?
The Pandemic has presented an unprecedented disruption of Jewish Life.
Jewish Law Teaches that safety is the greatest priority and as a result, the Bris ceremony will look a little different.

Social Distancing
The Bris must be performed while maintaining social-distances guidelines with all attendees.
Brises can performed either indoors or outdoors to ensure this safety precaution.

Protective Attire
All attendees are required to wear a mask for the duration of the ceremony.
The Mohel will be wearing an N95 mask, gloves, and appropriate isolation attire.

21st Century Bris
Like many gatherings in this age, you are welcome and encouraged to invite as many people as you'd like to the ceremony via video conference platforms.
